We are a boxing and fitness gym that caters to all levels of experience. We specialise in boxing for fitness or competition including women’s only sessions and private fitness training.
The gym founder and Head Coach Terry McCormack has been involved in the sport of boxing for over 27 years as a competitor, trainer and coach. Terry and his team of coaches can teach you the boxing skills and get you in the best physical condition to win inside the ring.
Boxing has a “tough guy” image and has been proven as a positive delinquency deterrent. The at risk youngster has a positive means of releasing frustration and energy through a structured and organised programme.
To some Amateur Boxing will offer a way out. The sport will give youngsters something to do, to look forward to each day. A boxer must live a very disciplined lifestyle. The work of a competitive boxer is gruelling, offering physical and mental challenges.
